Brawls kind of came out of nowhere for me, and looks like it might be a bit of a sleeper.After all, it’s not every day that you see a LEGO fighting game. Those do include Commandos 3 – HD Remaster, a very promising looking redux of the final game in that classic strategy series, and LEGO Brawls. And you’d be on target with that, though there are a whole mess of games hitting.
On name recognition alone, Disney Dreamlight Valley should get the top spot, but nope, it’s Ooblets.Īnyway, since Ooblets and a second-tier Disney release are the games I’m talking about here, you might’ve gathered that this isn’t a big week for the Switch. While there isn’t a ‘blockbuster’ on the list, Ooblets is given the nod over a Disney game. Most of the time, (unless it’s a first-party title) it seems like the obviously choice gets nudged to the side for something that’s not all that big of a drop. I have to admit, I just don’t get how Nintendo decides which games get top billing every week in the Download. Ooblets, and Disney, and LEGO, oh my! It’s kind of a packed week for Nintendo fans, with some big names, and loads of smaller releases.
